After Regardie died, Hyatt was looking for somebody to run a new version of his GDTS. This fell to David Wall. Hyatt had also been deeply involved with the OTO, and due to things I am unaware of, he and Wall (who changed his name to Cherubim) went their own ways. The New Golden Dawn became the TGD under Cherubim who had continually been shifting to the Thelemic side until the group was primarily Thelmic in nature. Hyatt, I understand, spent a lot of time with the OTO and, I have heard, continues to do so. Re
