A few clarifications:

The German version of I-III is substantially different from the
two English versions which are both early and heavily Masonic
(one is a manuscript, the other a typescript with handwritten
alterations introducing the Saladin symbolism) the German text is
closer to the Francis King version but contains some variations.

No. There is a German text of a Reuss ritual for this degree
(English trans. in "Rituals and Sexmagick"); the English "VII
degree ritual" is a cover sheet bearing the title:

"VII* the perfect ceremony of
Grand Inquisitor Commander 31*
Prince of the Royal Secret 32*
and Sovereign Grand Inspector General 33* and last degree of
Freemasonry"
(this BTW is what I think AC meant when he says in the Confessions
that the VII* is 'tripartite')
but the ritual attached to it - if it was ever completed - is not
in McOTO (at least, not in my copy and there don't appear to be
any pages missing).

The Order of Thelemites is very active in the unbroken Motta lineage
of David Bersson at least. This ritual is also in use by them, though
altered to a degree. It has been formatted for individual use.

I am still going over it, very poorly put together. In need of some
SERIOUS editing.
