"Aleister" is having a fantasy.  No such plans and no need for them.
Naylor's text will be addressed in the UK through proper procedures.

There are rituals, studies, regalia and duties for the IXth.  There is no
initiation ritual in presently effect along the lines of the lower degrees.

XIth is not in my range.  However, I can say that it is not any more
homosexual than heterosexual in nature and the sexual secret is not the
whole of the matter.

Don't have details.  I'm not privy to the degree.
