You don't need to worship a singular deity to be a Mason. Hindus were Masons commonly enough during the British Empire's heydays. You need to believe in a deity that could be considered the Architect of the Universe. Odhinn qualifies with his two brothers. I'm an Odd Fellow and we have similar requirements. I'm also Asatru.
