A set were acquired by George Brook, and English bookdealer & collecter.
He sold a set to another British collector who lent them to Francis
King. King then published them.

I have heard it suggested that Brook's set came from Cowie, the
treasurer of Crowley's OTO quite early on. Crowley expelled hi because
of financial irregularities. It has been suggested that Cowie found
Crowley's hand in the till.

Best wishes

PS From memory there is nothing in the Introductory Chapter that would
detract from the rituals

My best wishes
