Or not so much an observation as a bit of amusing trivia: Crowley pretty scrupulously avoided mentioning or expunged all mention of whatever his 5=6 Motto had been, while you don't have to read much of him to get hit with a laundry list of all his other grade Mottoes. Regardie speculated, in _Eye in the Triangle_, that his 5=6 Motto had been something similar to "Heart of Christ". Which, if true, would have caused Al profound embarassment later on in life as his anti-Christian bits crystallized--thus the careful removal of the motto from any record. Best, --Gar
