Osho (Rajneesh) is an excellent source for the discussion of surrender,
meditation and tantra.

The Book of Secrets (vol 1-5) is good, but has been out of print a while.

At the Feet of the Master has an extended discussion of surrender.

Meditation: First and Last Freedom provides thorough discussion of meditation.

I've been in AA 11 years and have come to accept that surrender is
absolutely essential to living a full, productive, joyful life. Surrender
in AA coincides with surrender in meditation, tantra and other spiritual
pursuits. One thing they all have in common is that you can't surrender by
thinking or reading about it. You have to actually do it--let go. Yes, I
know, easy to say. The only thing to remember about AA and tantra is that
you can explore anything, open up to anything, except for this: you don't
drink or use no matter what. If a spiritual ritual calls for sipping
alcohol, you dip your finger in the liquid and touch your forehead. Under
no circumstances do you drink.

I was told that Osho supported the weekly AA meetings that were held at
the Ranch in Oregon.
