The best place for a pagan (esp. Wiccan) to start is Ellen Cannon Reed's 
book, "The Goddess and the Tree".  For the scientifically 
minded/sceptic, it would be Wippler-Gonzales' "Kabbalah for a Modern 
World".  For someone interested in Crowley or the Golden Dawn, it would 
be Pat Zalewski's "Kabbalah of the Golden Dawn".  For a mythologist, try
D.J Conway's "The Ancient and Shining Ones".  For someone who is into 
general New Age, Ted Andrews' two books, "Simplified Magic" and 
"Imagick" are the best place to start.  For the tarot enthusiast, Wang's 
"Qabalistic Tarot" is sublime. After you've read one of these on the 
list, then read the others.

Dione Fortune was one of the first female Western Qabalists, and an excellent scholar, but I wouldn't nesc. call her work "Christian=
" or reccomend it as a place to start.  Dion Fortune, Regardie, Crowley, MacGreggor Mathers, Gareth Knight, Waite, etc., are essenti=
al to understanding Western Qabalah, and should be the "bread and potatoes" of intermediate study.
