That will be an ongoing approach and withdraw from the sex magick materials held valuable enough to prevent from them being published on the Internet, but also other mystical sects, such as the Indian and Chinese. I read some bit of King's text and began a review, and the writings on the Secret of the VII Degree (OTO) was quite priaptic, solar- and phallus-centered right down the line. I do not remember seeing mention of inclusivity and while the text was sometimes quite lovely to read, I'm not sure what lasting value was to be found there. Some of it is quite new to my eyes, a great deal of it rather conservative and orthodox, I'm afraid. The VIII Degree materials I began but have not completed, and will take it up again later should the mood strike. It is rather dry to my taste, though I can imagine excellent applications of its principles. It does contain some very useful practices (not always sexual), but nothing I found earthshaking or mindblowing. I think that to comprehend its value I would need contemplate the entire symbol/meme-set of the degrees, or see deeply into any one ritual (as that Gnostic rite which is said to contain them all -- the Mass) sufficiently so as to realize the relation amongst them and their sequential value.
