Man, I've been practicing for four years, and I think I didn't ejaculate, well, for at least two. If I remember well, you asked when to stop - I don't know, I don't stop until I reach the state of inwardness (like you see your thoughts and processes much more clarly than normally. Then, meditation takes the place of the intercourse). Also, sometimes I have an orgasm, but I'm able to prevent ejaculation, and there is no discharge afterwards (as I read in one book, this is the final aim of vajroli mudra practice). The effect corresponds with the name of the technique (vajra = thunder). Re asked how did the techniques and methods that you wrote about impinge your sexual practice. I would like to know that also. I practice kung - fu, and it only works good for me - enhances conciousness. You asked about the basics - my recipe is - vajroli mudra, ashvini mudra, moola bandha, maha bandha, shambavi mudra - all of these together (or separated) during the intercourse. With the use of these techniques, on your side, and of female techniques on the opposite (mostly the same, but the main are sahajoli mudra and moola bandha), you can reach maithuna. Also, there are some especially productive techniques like shavasadhana (you lie in shavasan, while your partner is trying to make you ejaculate) and latasan (wine posture, which lets you both meditate during the intercourse). You should have in mind that you definitely shouldn't move your hips during maithuna (woman represents active principle). It is also desirable for woman to have the control of vaginal contractions (sahajoli and moola bandha). If she does, there is no need for rhytmic movement at all. If I mentioned something that you allready know, don't take it as an offence to your inteligence. For mudras and bandhas that I mentioned consult yogic literature ( I prefer Satyananda's "Asana Pranayama Mudra Bandha" and "Tantra Yoga").
