7 is also widely (universally?) associated with goddesses attributed to
the planet venus. 

7 and 49 are also key numbers in the various enochian systems. there is
an interesting association between the enochian system and BABALON which
goes back as far as dee and kelley. the last workings done by dee and 
kelley involved a very BABALONlike entity (BABALON is an enochian word
generally translated as 'wicked' and BABALOND one generally translated
as harlot. but see crowley's alternate translation for part of the call
of the aires in liber 418, and dee's translation of 'GE IAD I L' as 'our
lord and master is all one' when GE prepended to a word (in this case IAD,
"god") negates it giving a preferably translation of 'not-god is all one'
or some such. something. to my mind, more profound than the original; the 
traditional glosses of all of the calls need to be re-evaluated).
