John, John, it's 150, not 200. And that is assuming that you
recite all three mysteries, which is not the norm, so it is
only 50. Why 150 you ask? That is because there are 150

Because, it's a rather complex passage, it does not
express a deep profound mystery, (such as the incarnation)
and no one in Sacred Scripture ever said, "ages to come
shall talk about this collection."
You know if you get this upset over 50 repeats of a single
prayer, I've got a reall whopper of a repetion for you to
jump at instead. The Orthodox have a prayer which goes
as follows:

"Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me a sinner."

Which they repeat ENDLESSLY. Not 50 times, not 100 times
not 200 times, but following the Lord's command to pray

The Didache commands the saying of the Lord's Prayer three
times a day! (The Didache was a 1st century document which
some early church fathers wanted to be incorporated in the
canon of sacred scripture.)
