Chango IS Xango. Oxum IS Ochun. Yemaya IS Yemaja. The Orishas ARE the Orixas. There are certain orixas that are found in Candomble that are not necessarily found in Lukumi, but those of initiates of Lukumi can certainly make them. When I was in Brazil a few months ago, I went there to receive Ochumare, because I could not find a Lukumi elder who have Ochumare to give him/her to me, so my padrino and I flew to Brazil and I received Ochumare. There is a huge difference in Vodun though, because unlike Ocha, Candomble and Ifa, it is not an orisha tradition. Ocha, Candomble and Ifa all share the same root, they are various cults within the same tradition and can interact with each other very well. -OmiJuba
