Once a person has taken a vow or made a declaratrion to nevermore have
sex with you, the spell you would have to work to regain sexual intimacy
would be coercive rather than seductive or enticing. Even a
gentle-sounding "please change his/her mind" spell is a form of
coercion, This is an area of spell-work that many people frowm upon. 

With that understood, yes, it can be done, but the probablity of any
given coercive love spell succeeding is lower than that of any given 
atracting or seductive love spell succeeding, because you are fighting
the other person and they *will* fight back, even if not on a magically
adept level.
