This reminds me of a ritual that is in 'Modern Magick'. A version of it is also in one of the Wiccan books I own though damned if I can remember which one right now. You create a sigil to represent "magickal power", visualize going back in time minimum ten years, visualize yourself from that time period, and project the sigil onto your younger self's forehead. One could easily adapt this for various purposes. Asiya
