Then as you realise that it is just you, staring stupidly at a candle, you can become ware of the greater picture. What it is that constitutes the 'you' that is staring. You want to become aware of yourself as a total senstaion, not as a normal human being. Since our worldview is dominated by our sight and by oiur conscious babbling, any means that stops the babble and overloads the eyes, will allow the oher aspects to come through. Once you have the whole system in balance, you can travel through the world - slip through the definitions from one view to another. THAT is where the primary patterns are to be found and used. Ad hopefully arrive at a better definition that aligns your feelings with those of the world, and become, fo the moment, excatly who you want to be.
